Terms of Use

1. During the registration process, the Customer undertakes to provide accurate and reliable identification information as required by the Customer registration form.

2. After successful registration, the Customer will be granted access to the trading terminal, the ability to transfer funds to the Customer's Account (deposit funds into the Customer's Account to be able to perform option transactions), and perform other activities.

3. The Customer must promptly notify the Company of changes in identification and contact information (within 7 (seven) days after such change) by making appropriate changes on the trading terminal or by any other means provided by the Company. To identify the Customer and verify the source of the Customer's funds at any time after registration, the Company has the right to request and the Customer is obliged to provide within 7 (seven) days after receiving the request, any identification documents (these documents include identification documents; documents confirming the address of residence, documents indicating the Customer's financial situation, and other documents at the discretion of the Company). The Company has the right to suspend non-commercial transactions and/or transactions on the Customer's account if inaccurate or incorrect identification information of the Customer is detected; if the Customer has not provided the requested documents, the Company has the right to block the Customer's access to the trading terminal until the customer identification procedure is completed. The Company also has the right to require the Customer to perform the identification procedure by personally visiting the authorized VIP Member of the Company and providing the documents, as listed at the discretion of the Company.

4. Login to the trading terminal is password protected.

4.1. The Customer confirms and agrees that access to the trading terminal will be protected by a password set by the Customer during registration. The Customer shall not transfer the trading terminal password to any third party.

4.2. The Customer is fully responsible for protecting the password and preventing unauthorized access by third parties to that password.

4.3. All orders through the trading terminal with the Customer's password will be deemed to be made by the Customer unless otherwise established by the Company.

4.4. Any person accessing the trading terminal by entering the Customer's password will be identified as the Customer unless otherwise specified by the Company.

4.5. The Company is not responsible for any losses the Customer may incur in the event of theft, loss, or disclosure of the password to third parties or in the event of unauthorized use of registration data by third parties.

5. The Customer can change the password for the trading terminal themselves or use the password recovery procedure established by the Company.
